Most merchandise qualifies for a refund within ten (10) business days of receipt.
Customers will be assessed a 25% restocking fee on undamaged, non-defective returned merchandise.
If an item is damaged or defective at the time of receipt, Installertools.com will cover your return shipping costs and

All undamaged, non-defective return products must be in their original box and in new condition to qualify for a refund.
Any accompanying manuals and/or accessories must be returned with the product.
Customers must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) from Installertools.com's Customer Service Department within

Customers may cancel their order up until the product is shipped.
We cannot accept returns on Tile RediTM Shower Pans, Benches, Flash Kits, or Drains.
